The nunnery is a Buddhist temple complex, home to a courtyard of bonsai trees, lotus pond gardens, and statues of divinities. It is connected to the public park across it named Nan Lian Garden.
Visitors are free to take pictures except for the main temple hall of buddhas and bodhisattvas inside the nunnery. Also, it might be good to know that you should leave your selfie sticks behind because in both places, these are not allowed.
